Admissions

Here at Barton-le-Clay Pre-School we run a waiting list admission process as per our Admissions Policy. Our annual admissions are attended to prior to the start of each academic year as well as throughout the year as required.

We take children from two years of age to school age.

To add your child onto our waiting list please contact our Administrator on 01582 883238 or email bartonpreschool@aol.com.

We will then be in contact with you accordingly, dependant upon your child's age and session availability, so please ensure we have your up to date contact details.

All new starters will be required to complete relevant paperwork and we ask for a contribution of £50 for all of our starters.  Being a charity we are constantly fundraising to enhance the time your child spends with us.  Unfortunately Government Funding does not cover the full cost of delivery.

All children and their families are invited to our Welcome Week, which is essentially daily taster sessions running at certain points throughout the year, and we will also carry out a home visit to meet you and your child in their home environment to aid their transition to Pre-School, to complete any relevant paperwork and answer any queries you may have. Our aim is to ease the move between home and Pre-School to make the transition as smooth as possible.
